EXHIBIT "A" DESCRIPTION OF TERRITORY TO BE ANNEXED TO TI~ CITY OF PLEASANTON ANNEXATION NO, ~7 All that certain real property situated in the Township of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: BEGINNING at a point of intersection of the southeasterly boundary line of that certain territory annexed to the City of Pleasanton under Ordinance No. 307, a map of ~hich was filed December 15, 1960, in l~ap Book 43 at page 17 thereof, Records of Alameda County, California. with the general southwesterly line of that 12.834 acre parcel delineated in that certain Record of Survey filed October 10, 1963, in Record of Surveys Book 5 at page 15 thereof, Records of Alameda County, California; thence leaving said southeasterly boundary line south- easterly, northeasterly, southeasterly and northerly along the general southwesterly of said easterly line and easterly lines of said 12.834 acre parcel, to an intersection / with the general southwesterly boundary line of that certain territory annexed to the City of Pleasanton under Ordinance No. 362, a map of which was filed July 8, 1963, in Hap Book 43 at page IO-A thereof, Records of Alameda County, California; thence north- westerly along said general southwesterly boundary line to an intersection thereof with the southeasterly boundary line of that certain territory annexed to the City of Vleasanton under Ordinance No. 2?5, a map of which was filed November 27, 1957, fn Map Book 40 at page 12-A thereof, Records of Alameda County, California; thence southwesterly along said southeasterly boundary line to the northeasterly corner of the aforesaid territory annexed to the City of fleasanton under Ordinance No. 30?; thence southwesterly alone aforesaid southeasterly boundary l£ne to the point of beginning. 6-12-66
