EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />DESCRIPTION OF TERRITORY TO BE ANNEXED TO TI~ CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ANNEXATION NO, ~7 <br /> <br /> All that certain real property situated in the Township of Pleasanton, <br />County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: <br /> <br /> BEGINNING at a point of intersection of the southeasterly boundary line of <br />that certain territory annexed to the City of Pleasanton under Ordinance No. 307, a <br />map of ~hich was filed December 15, 1960, in l~ap Book 43 at page 17 thereof, <br />Records of Alameda County, California. with the general southwesterly line of that <br />12.834 acre parcel delineated in that certain Record of Survey filed <br /> <br />October 10, 1963, in Record of Surveys Book 5 at page 15 thereof, Records of <br />Alameda County, California; thence leaving said southeasterly boundary line south- <br /> <br />easterly, northeasterly, southeasterly and northerly along the general southwesterly <br /> of said easterly line <br />and easterly lines of said 12.834 acre parcel, to an intersection / with the <br /> <br />general southwesterly boundary line of that certain territory annexed to the City of <br />Pleasanton under Ordinance No. 362, a map of which was filed July 8, 1963, in Hap <br />Book 43 at page IO-A thereof, Records of Alameda County, California; thence north- <br />westerly along said general southwesterly boundary line to an intersection thereof <br />with the southeasterly boundary line of that certain territory annexed to the City <br />of Vleasanton under Ordinance No. 2?5, a map of which was filed November 27, 1957, <br />fn Map Book 40 at page 12-A thereof, Records of Alameda County, California; thence <br />southwesterly along said southeasterly boundary line to the northeasterly corner <br />of the aforesaid territory annexed to the City of fleasanton under Ordinance No. <br />30?; thence southwesterly alone aforesaid southeasterly boundary l£ne to the point <br /> <br />of beginning. <br /> <br />6-12-66 <br /> <br /> <br />
