AT THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, PLEASANTON WOMEN'S CLUB BUILDING, REGALIA AVENUE, KOTTINGER VILLAGE, PLEASANTON, CALIFORNIA, AT 8:00 P.M., MONDAY, JULY 25, 1966. Such protest must be filed in writing, and may be filed at any time before the hour set for hearing objections to the proposed annexation, and shall state the name or names of thhe owner or owners of property affected, and the description and area of such property, in general terms. 6. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause a copy of this Resolution to be published at least twice, but not oftener than once a week, in "THE TIMES", a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton; and to be published outside the City but within the County of Alamedda where said territory is located. Both of said publications shalll be completed at least twenty (20) days prior to the date set forr hearing. 7. The City Clerk is further authorized and directed to cca~ written notice of such proposed annexation to be mailed to each person to whom land within the territory is assessed in the lastt equalized County assessment roll available, at the addresses shown on said assessment roll or known to the Clerk, and to any person who has filed his name and address and the designation off the lands in which he has an interest, either legal or equitablee, with the Clerk. Such notice shall be given not less than twentyy before the first public hearing on the proposed annexaa- (20) days tion. 8.
