Miscellaneous <br /> 15.1 Physical Examination/Wellness Program <br /> The City shall reimburse management personnel for the cost of an annual physical <br /> examination. The amount of the reimbursement shall not exceed $375.00 per year. In <br /> lieu of the physical examination reimbursement, management employees may <br /> participate in any Wellness Program offered by the City. <br /> 15.2 Part-Time Employees <br /> Management and confidential employees employed on either a regular one -half time <br /> or regular three - quarter time basis shall receive prorated benefits as determined by the <br /> City Manager. <br /> Page 18 of 30 <br />
