CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 01-093 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE APPLICATION OF BOB WALSH FOR PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-12 WHEREAS, at its meeting of August 21, 2001, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for the application of Bob Walsh for PUD development plan approval to subdivide a 1.4-acre lot into two lots measuring 21,518 square feet and 38,204 square feet in size, and to construct one 3,288 square foot custom home with a 920 square foot garage on each lot located at 457 Kottinger Drive; and WHEREAS, the City Council received and reviewed the Initial Study dated June 20, 2001 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public heating was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed project; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines goveming the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed project would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment; and WHEREAS, the City Council further finds that the proposed project will have no potential for adverse impacts on the site's wildlife. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for the application of Bob Walsh for PUD development plan approval to subdivide a 1.4-acre lot into two lots measuring 21,518 square feet and 38,204 square feet in size, and to construct one 3,288 square foot custom home with a 920 square foot garage on each lot located at 457 Kottinger Drive.
