PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2000-64 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FINDING THAT THE CITY OF PLEASANTON'S <br />ACQUISITION OF AN APPROXIMATELY 0.929-ACRE PARCEL LOCATED <br />AT 3421 VINEYARD AVENUE FOR STREET AND BRIDGE WIDENING IS <br />IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE CITY'S GENERAL PLAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton is proposing to acquire fee title to an approximately <br />0.929-acre parcel located at 3421 Vineyard Avenue for street and bridge <br />widening purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - HDR (High <br /> Density Residential) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a draft mitigated negative declaration has been prepared for the entire <br />Capital Improvement Program project and will be considered by the City <br />Council; and <br /> <br />the Planning Commission finds that the City of Pleasanton's acquisition of <br />parcel located at 3421 Vineyard Avenue for street and bridge widening <br />purposes conforms with the Pleasanton General Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Finds that the City of Pleasanton's acquisition of an approximately 0.929- <br />acre parcel located at 3421 Vineyard Avenue for street and bridge <br />widening purposes conforms with the Pleasanton General Plan. <br />with the Pleasanton General Plan. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and <br />adoption unless appealed prior to that time. <br /> <br /> <br />
