PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2000-63 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION LARRY MCCOLM FOR <br />DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE PDR-56 <br /> <br />Larry McColm has applied for design review approval to construct an <br />approximately 6,174-square-foot, second-floor addition to the existing <br />commercial building located at 350 Main Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is C-C (Central Commercial) District, Downtown <br /> Revitalization District, Core Area Overlay District; and <br /> <br />at its duly noticed public hearing of November 28, 2000, the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the Califorrfia <br /> Environmental Quality Act; and <br /> <br />the Planning Commission determined that the proposed building addition <br />meets all applicable requirements of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, <br />Downtown Specific Plan, and Downtown Design Guidelines. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Approves Case PDR-56, the application of Larry McColm for design <br />review approval to construct an approximately 6,174-square-foot, second- <br />floor addition to the existing commercial building located at 350 Main <br />Street, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 1S days after its passage and <br />adoption unless appealed prior to that time. <br /> <br /> <br />
