lin~ public safety and welfare necessity, the Zoning Administrator shall notify the owner/over- <br />ator of the aerial/antenna/transmission tower in writine of the concern, and state the actions nec- <br />essarv to cure. After thirty (30) days from the date of notification, if compliance with this Title <br />is not achigved, the conditions of approval have not been fulfilled, or there is still a compelling <br />public safety and welfare necessity, the Zoning Administrator shall refer the use to the Planning <br />Con~nissign for review. Such reviews shall occur at a noticed public hearing where the <br />own~r/op~at0r of the aerial/antenna/transmission tower may present relevant evidence. If, upon <br />such review, the Planning Commission finds that any of the above have occurred, the Planning <br />Com~issiQn may modify or revoke all approvals and/or permits. <br /> <br />Chapter 18.84 (Site, Yard, Bulk, Usable Open Space, And Landscape Regulations), <br />Section 18.84.150 (Height Limits- Exceptions) <br /> <br />The hei~_ht and location of cgommercial radio and television aerials, antennas, and <br />transmission towers shall be subject to -::?.~ design review approval specified under <br />Chapter 18 20 of this Title and .... +~"- ' ' <br /> <br />'~"-..........~,...~'-:-~'+ v.~e +~'~....... ......... :ma/tc .... shall be based on a visual analysis demonstrating <br />that views of the aerial/antenna/tower are minimized or are substantially screened from <br />residential land uses, the 1-580 and/or 1-680 rights-of-way, or other sensitive land uses <br />such as parks, schools, or major streets, and shall be based on an engineering analysis <br />justifying the height of the proposed aerial/antenna/tower. <br /> <br />Any parabolic dish mounted on the aerial/antenna/tower shall be less than two feet (2') in <br />diameter. The base of the aerial/antenna/tower and any switching facility located at the <br />base that is visible to the public shall be architecturally treated and/or screened from view <br />utilizing on- and off-site vegetation or other approved screening mechanism." <br /> <br /><END> <br /> <br />Page- $- <br /> <br /> <br />
