Evidence of conformance shall be provided to <br />the Zoning Administrator before final insvec~ion of <br />the l~ciliW by the Director of Buildine Inspection. <br /> <br />If th$ Zooing A~u;inistrator finds that an approved <br />aerial, antmma, or transmission tower is not in com- <br />nliance with this Title. that conditions have not been <br />fulfilled, or that there is a compellin~ public safety <br />and welfare necessity, the Zonine Administrator <br />shall noti~ the owner/operator of the aerial/anten- <br />na/transmission tower in writine of the concern, and <br />state the actions necessary to cure. ARer thirty (30) <br />days fi~m the date of notification, if compliance <br />with this Title is not achieved, the conditions of ap- <br />oroval have not been fulfilled, or there is still a <br />com~llin_~ public safety and welfare necessi _ty. the <br />Zoning Aflrainistrator shall refer the use to the <br />Planaina Commission for review. Such reviews <br />shall o~cw at a ~aoticed public hearin~ where the <br />owner/ogn~ator of the aerial/antenna/transmission <br />tower may oresent relevant evidence.
