PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2000-60 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION NEARON ENTERPRISES <br />FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS <br />FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-30-83D <br /> <br />Nearon Enterprises has applied for Planned Unit Development design <br />review approval to construct a two-story, 55,417-square-foot addition to <br />the existing office building on a 10.56-acre site located at 5725 W. Las <br />Positas Boulevard (Lot 23) in the Hacienda Business Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - FC-O <br /> Industrial/Commercial-Office) District; and <br /> <br />at its duly noticed public hearing of October 25, 2000, the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />the proposed project is within the scope of the Environmental Impact <br />Report prepared in conjunction with the PUD approval for the entire <br />Hacienda Business Park; and <br /> <br />the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project adheres to <br />the requirements of the Hacienda Design Guidelines and is appropriate for <br />the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Set, on 1. <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-81-30-83D, the application of Nearon Enterprises for <br />Planned Unit Development design review approval to construct a two- <br />story, 55,417-square-foot addition to the existing office building on a <br />10.56-acre site located at 5725 W. Las Positas Boulevard (Lot 23) in the <br />Hacienda Business Park, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and <br /> adoption unless appealed prior to that time. <br /> <br /> <br />
