PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2000-58 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />FOR THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON FOR DESIGN REVIEW <br />APPROVAL FOR THE ALVISO ADOBE PARK, AS FILED UNDER CASE PDR-62 <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton has applied for design review approval of a historic <br />community park on approximately 6.07 acres of undeveloped parkland located at <br />3465 Foothill Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - LDR (Low Density <br /> Residential) District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 27, 2000, the Planning Commission received a proposed <br /> negative declaration prepared for Case PDR-62; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of <br /> the proposal; and <br /> <br />the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the <br />applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br />Declarations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that approval of the proposed project would not <br /> have any significant adverse effects on the environment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission further finds that the proposed project will have no <br /> potential for adverse impacts on the site's wildlife. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COIVlMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for Case PDR-62, the <br />application of the City of Pleasanton for design review approval of a historic <br />community park on approximately 6.07 acres of undeveloped parkland located at <br />3465 Foothill Road. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
