PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2000-57 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF ZULFIKAR ALI AND <br />WAJAHAT ALI FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER <br />CASE PDR-63 <br /> <br />Zulfikar Ali and Wajahat Ali have applied for design review approval to <br />construct an approximately 6,900-square-foot, split-level, one- and two- <br />story, single-family house on an approximately 1.8-acre site located at <br />9900 Longview Lane; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is H-P-D (Hillside Planned Development) <br /> District; and <br /> <br />at its duly noticed public hearing of September 27, 2000, the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />the subject property is covered by an Environmental Impact Report <br />previously certified by the City Council, and the proposed project qualifies <br />for a categorical exemption from the California Environmental Quality <br />Act; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project meets the <br />applicable criteria of the "Purpose" section of the Hillside Planned <br />Development zoning district and the City's general goals for design <br />quality. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves Case PDR-63, the application of Zulfhkar Ali and Wajahat Ali <br />for design review approval to construct an approximately 6,900-square- <br />foot, split-level, one- and two-story, single-family house on an <br />approximately 1.8-acre site located at 9900 Longview Lane, subject to the <br />conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this <br />case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and <br /> adoption unless appealed prior to that time. <br /> <br /> <br />
