Resolution No. PC-00-54 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />building permits are applied for, mandatory water rationing is in effect, unless the <br />City has adopted a water offset program and unless the project developer is <br />participating in the program. Notwithstanding the project developer% <br />participation in such a program, the City may withhold building permits if the <br />City determines that sufficient water is not available at the time of application of <br />building permits. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />The project developer shall use their best efforts in implementing the measures <br />identified in the Green Building Council's, "Leadership in Energy and <br />Environmental Design" in the design, construction, and operation of the proposed <br />building. These measures shall be shown on the building permit plan set <br />submitted for review and approval before issuance of a building permit and the <br />developer shall make a good faith attempt to obtain the level of"ce~ified". <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />PHor to building permit issuance, the green building provisions that are proposed <br />to be included in the development shall be submitted to the Alameda County <br />Waste Management Authority for review and comment. Once the ACWMA's <br />staff has generated its comments, City staff shall arrange a meeting between the <br />ACWMA staff and the developer to discuss said comments and to determine if <br />other feasible, mutually agreeable green building measures can be incorporated. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />The project developer shall install a bench(s) and ashtray/waste receptacle in the <br />designated smoking area at a distance of no less than 20 ft. from the building <br />entrance. This change shall be shown on the building permit plan set submitted <br />for review and approval prior to the issuance ora building permit. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />The design of the bike racks shall be shown on the building permit plans and shall <br />be subject to the review and approval of the Planning Director prior to the <br />issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />The developer shall erect signage to clearly designate that the two spaces with <br />electric vehicle charging facilities at the front of the building are reserved for use <br />by electric vehicles. The details of this signage shall be submitted for review and <br />approval prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />The southern driveway shall be aligned, to the greatest extent feasible, with the <br />existing Shaklee driveway across Willow Road from the project site. The final <br />configuration of the driveway shall be submitted for the review and approval of <br />the City Engineer and Planning Director prior to the issuance of a grading permit. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />The connection shown on the plans to the future pedestrian trail shall be installed <br />upon notification by the Planning Director. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />The property owner or its successors in interest (owner) shall enter into an <br />agreement with the City of Pleasantun (City) to provide that: <br /> <br /> <br />
