PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2000-54 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION CHARTER PROPERTIES <br />FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS <br />FILED UNDER CASE PUD-81-30-82D <br /> <br />Charter Properties has applied for Planned Unit Development design <br />review approval to construct a two-story, 50,297-square-foot office <br />building on a 2.9-acre site (Lot 35B) located at 4750 Willow Road in the <br />Hacienda Business Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - I/C-O <br /> Industrial/Commercial-Office) District; and <br /> <br />at its duly noticed public heating of August 23, 2000, the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations oft.he City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />the proposed project is within the scope of the Environmental Impact <br />Report prepared in conjunction with the PUD approval for the entire <br />Hacienda Business Park; and <br /> <br />the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project adheres to <br />the requirements of the Hacienda Design Guidelines and is well-designed <br />and appropriate for the site. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-81-30-82D, the application of Charter Properties for <br />Planned Unit Developmem design review approval to consU-uct a two- <br />story, 50,297-square-foot office building on a 2.9-acre site (Lot 35B) <br />located at 4750 Willow Road in the Hacienda Business Park, subject to the <br />conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this <br />case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and <br />adoption unless appealed prior to that time. <br /> <br /> <br />
