Alcohol service and consumption is allowed only with specific approval by the <br /> Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) and shall be subject to all ABC <br /> requirements. <br /> <br />The applicants (or designated representative of the business) shall be responsible <br />for retrieving stray litter generated by this use. <br /> <br />The use permit is contingent upon the design review approval for the Elephant <br />Bar Restaurant (Case # PDR-64). In the event that the design review is not <br />approved this use permit shall not become effective. <br /> <br /> <br />
