Resolution No. PC-2000-52 <br />Page 4 of 4 <br /> <br /> EXHIBIT B <br />Conditions of Approval <br />Case PCUP-0$ <br /> <br />If the operation of the use results in major conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, <br />traffic, or other impacts, at the discretion of the Planning Director, this conditional <br />use permit may be referred to the Planning Commission for subsequent review at a <br />public hearing. If necessa~, the Commission may modify or add conditions of <br />approval to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke the said conditional use permit. <br /> <br />If additional activities beyond those proposed in the written narrative, dated <br />"Received March 31, 2000," and/or additional classes scheduled beyond those stated <br />on the Class Schedule (attached as Exhibit B.1) are desired, prior City review and <br />approval is required. Such modifications shall be submitted to the Planning Director, <br />who shall refer the matter to the Planning Commission if judged to be substantial. <br /> <br />3. This use permit is not transferrable to another address. A new application must be <br /> made if the applicant relocates to another site. <br /> <br />4. All classes shall be scheduled with a 15-minute break between each class in order to <br /> permit the existing class to leave, prior to the arrival of the next class. <br /> <br />5. No signage for the business is approved as part of this application. Any proposed <br /> signs are subject to review and approval by the Planning Director. <br /> <br />6. The applicant shall not stencil or otherwise mark any parking spaces for the exclusive <br /> use of this business. <br /> <br />7. The applicant shall encourage students and parents of students to park behind the <br /> building, particularly during daytime classes. <br /> <br />8. Parents shall be encouraged to drop off/pick up their children whenever possible <br /> instead of parking on the site during lessons. <br /> <br />9. The applicants shall not have more than 14 studems registered for each class. <br /> <br />10. All conditions of the governing use permit (UP-95-1) shall remain in effect and in full <br /> force unless modified herein. <br /> <br />{end} <br /> <br /> <br />
