Resolution No. PC-2000-52 Page 4 of 4 EXHIBIT B Conditions of Approval Case PCUP-0$ If the operation of the use results in major conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, traffic, or other impacts, at the discretion of the Planning Director, this conditional use permit may be referred to the Planning Commission for subsequent review at a public hearing. If necessa~, the Commission may modify or add conditions of approval to mitigate such impacts, or may revoke the said conditional use permit. If additional activities beyond those proposed in the written narrative, dated "Received March 31, 2000," and/or additional classes scheduled beyond those stated on the Class Schedule (attached as Exhibit B.1) are desired, prior City review and approval is required. Such modifications shall be submitted to the Planning Director, who shall refer the matter to the Planning Commission if judged to be substantial. 3. This use permit is not transferrable to another address. A new application must be made if the applicant relocates to another site. 4. All classes shall be scheduled with a 15-minute break between each class in order to permit the existing class to leave, prior to the arrival of the next class. 5. No signage for the business is approved as part of this application. Any proposed signs are subject to review and approval by the Planning Director. 6. The applicant shall not stencil or otherwise mark any parking spaces for the exclusive use of this business. 7. The applicant shall encourage students and parents of students to park behind the building, particularly during daytime classes. 8. Parents shall be encouraged to drop off/pick up their children whenever possible instead of parking on the site during lessons. 9. The applicants shall not have more than 14 studems registered for each class. 10. All conditions of the governing use permit (UP-95-1) shall remain in effect and in full force unless modified herein. {end}
