"Initial Project Approvals" shall refer to the items listed as (1) through (8) in Recital I, as <br />such term is more particularly defined in Recital I hereof. <br /> <br /> "LAFCO' shall mean the Local AgenCy Formation Commission, as such term is defined <br />in Section 4.1 hereof. <br /> <br /> "LAVWMA" shall mean the Livermore-Amador Valley Water Management Agency, as <br />such tema is defined in Section 3.12 hereof. <br /> <br /> "Master Map" - as such t~tm is defined in Section 3.9 hereof. <br /> <br /> "Master Map Approval Schedule ' -- as such term is defined in Section 3.9 hereof. <br /> "Mortgage" -- as such term is defined in Section 10.7(a) hereof. <br /> <br /> "Mortgagee" -- as such term is defined in Section 10.7Co) hereof. <br /> <br /> "Necessary Permits - as such term is defined in Section 3.1 $(a) hereof. <br /> <br /> "New Significant Impacts" -- as such term is defined in Section 2.8 hereof. <br /> "Other Regulatory Agencies" - as such term is defined in Section 7.2 hereof. <br /> "Project" -- as such term is defined in Recital C hereof. <br /> <br /> "Project Approvals" -- as such term is defined in Recital I hereof.
