s) <br /> <br />t) <br /> <br />u) <br /> <br />Public Works Departmem or Director of Pub.lic Works: The "Public Works <br />Department," "Public Works," or "Director of Public Works" shall mean the <br />Pleasanton Public Works Department or the Director of the Pleasanton Public <br />Works Department, respectively. <br /> <br />School District: The term "School District" shall mean the Pleasanton Unified <br />School District (PUSD), or any successor school district providing educational <br />services to the Property. <br />Specific Plan: The "Specific Plan" or "Plan" shall mean the Specific Plan for the <br />Bernal Property adopted by the City Council on 2000, and any <br />modifications thereto. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br /> B. General Conditions <br /> <br />Purpose.
