The applicants shall relocate the three eastern apartment driveways fronting "Y" <br /> Street to better align with the streets of the 4,000 square foot lot component. The <br /> final location of the project driveways shall be subject to the final review and <br />· approval by the Planning Director prior to building permit issuance. <br /> <br />At least one covered parking space shall be provided per unit. <br /> <br />All resident parking shall be provided on site. A final parking lot plan shall be <br />submitted for review and approval by the Planning Director prior to issuance of a <br />building permit. <br /> <br />The carport design shall provide for adequate separation between vehicles and <br />the carport support posts, subject to the approval by the Planning Director. <br /> <br />Alternative paving materials (e.g., concrete pavers, stamped colored concrete, <br />etc.) shall be incorporated at the project entry driveways. The paving materials <br />and locations shall be subject to the final review and approval by the Planning <br />DirecWr prior to building permit issuance. <br /> <br />Parking space and drive aisle dimensions shall comply with the Municipal Code. <br />The final design of the parking spaces and drive aisles shall be subject to the <br />final review and approval by the Planning Director prior to building pennit <br />issuance. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />Prior to occupancy, the applicant shall construct bus shelters with trash <br />receptacles at locations determined by the Planning Director and the City <br />Engineer. The shelter and trash receptacle design shall be approved by the <br />Planning Director prior to issuance of project building permits. An <br />encroachment permit shall be obtained prior to installation. Lighting shall be <br />provided if determined necessary by the Planning Director. <br /> <br />No fencing/walls shall be permitted around the perimeter of the apartment <br />complex. <br /> <br />No speed bumps or fencing shall be placed within the drive aisles of the project <br />site unless otherwise approved by the Planning Director and Fire Chief. <br /> <br />Light standards in the parking lot areas shall not exceed 15 fl. tall and, if <br />determined necessary by the Planning Director, shall incorporate cut-off shield <br />type fixtures to prevent glare onto adjacent properties or roadways. <br /> <br /> <br />
