Th~ fire alarm system shall <br />transmit zone information to a UI, listed Central Station a~ spe~, ified in the Ordinance. <br /> <br />The projcct developer'shall keep the site free of fire hazards frOm 'the Start of construction <br />until the final inspection. <br /> <br />46. <br /> <br />The Fire Chief and the Director of Building Inspection shall approve the number, type, <br />and location of all private fire hydrants. ' <br /> <br />47. <br /> <br />All curbs located with seven foot, six inch (7' 6") radius of a Public/private fire hydrant <br />shall be .~lx~inted red, unless, modified by the Fire Chief. Blue street "hy~drant markers" <br />shall be ~led for all fire hydrants p~r City ofpleasanton Standard Specifications. <br /> <br />48. <br /> <br />AIl Priyate streets and driveway aisles designated as fire l.a~.es bythe Fire Ch!el Shall bc <br />maid)rained in accordance with Articles 9 and 10 of thc Uniform F~ Code which permits <br />tOwing VehicleS illegally parked on the fire lanes. Fire lane curbs shall be painted red <br />with '~lo Parking, Fire Lane, Tow Away Zone" Or '~lqo Parking, Fire Lane, Tow Away <br />Zone" signs shall be installed as required by the Vehicle Code. <br /> <br />49. <br /> <br />The Fire Chief shall issue a permit prior to any installation of a fire detection, alarm, and <br />occupant notification system. All sprinkler system water flow and controi~valves shall be <br />coml01ete and serviceable'prior to final inspection. Prior to the occupan~ C~~ of a building <br />having a fire alarm system, the Fire Department shall test and witness the operation of the <br />fire alarm system. <br /> <br />50. <br /> <br />Ail portions of the building covered by this approval shall haVe installed and Operating, <br />fire extinguishers with a minimum 2-A:I0-B:C rating.
