Construction R~quirements: <br /> <br />40. <br /> <br />All contractors involved in site improvements, building construction, and tenant im- <br />provement construction shall be limited to the following construction hours: <br /> <br />All site improvements and building shell construction activities shall be limited to <br />the hours of seven (7:00) a.m. to eight (8:00) p.m., Monday through Sunday, until <br />issuance of an occupancy permit for the first residential dwelling/unit covered by <br />the "Bernal Property Specific Plan" located on. the northeasterly side of Valley Ave- <br />hue. After issuance of an occupancy permit, the construction hours shall be limited <br />from eight (8:00) a.m. to five (5:00) p.m., Monday through Friday. Signs stating <br />comtmction hours shall be posted throughout the construction site, in construction <br />trailer(s), and on all floors of all buildings during the duration of construction. <br /> <br />bo <br /> <br />Tenant improvement activities taking place totally within an enclosed structure shall <br />be limited to the hours of seven (7:00) a.m. to eight (8:00) p.m., Monday through <br />Friday. Tenant contractors operating past five (5:00) p.m. shall only use the Bemal <br />Avenue entrance and/or the tn'st Valley Avenue entrance from Bemal Avenue. <br /> <br />All construction equipment must meet DepaxUnent of Motor Vehicles (DMV) noise stan- <br />dards and shall be equipped with muffling devices. <br /> <br />41. Final inspection by the Planning Department is required prior to occupancy. <br /> <br />Police Department Requirements: <br /> <br />42. <br /> <br />If required by the Police Department, the building(s) shall be equipped with an alarm <br />system, the type to be approved by the Police Depmtment and that this system shall be <br />installed prior to occupancy of the building. <br /> <br />Fire Department Requirements: <br /> <br />43. <br /> <br />The project developer shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code (Pleasan- <br />ton Municipal Code, Chapter 20.24). <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />The building(s) covered by this approval shall be equipped with an automatic fire sprin- <br />Ider system. Plans and specifications for the automatic fire sprinkler system shall be <br />submitted to the Pleasanton Building Department for review and approval prior to instal- <br />lafion. The fire alarm system, including waterflow and valve tamper, shall have plans <br />and specifications submitted to Fire Prevention for review and approval prior to installa- <br />tion. All required inspections and witnessing of tests shall be completed prior to final in- <br />spection and occupancy of the building(s).
