78) <br /> <br />Q. FEES/EXACTIONS <br /> <br />Development and Processing Fees. The Property Owner shall pay any and all fees to <br />which the Project may be subject prior to issuance of building permits or other <br />entitlements for which such fees are applicable. Fees shall be those in effect at the time <br />permits are issued. <br /> <br />Certain fees, either existing or as may be established in the future, may be capped <br />or otherwise limited through the operation of a Development Agreement. Such <br />fees, as designated in such an agreement, shall be subject to such limitations as <br />may be provided in such agreement during the term of the Development <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />79) <br /> <br />R. AIR QUALITY <br /> <br />Fire Places. Wood-burning fireplaces shall be prohibited. EPA-certified wood stoves, <br />pellet stoves, or fireplace inserts shall be allowed. Natural gas should be made available in residential backyards to <br />allow use of natural gas-fired barbecues. <br /> <br />Home-Work Incentives. Homes shall be constructed to encourage telecommuting by <br />providing telecommunications infrastructure consistent with state-of-the-art methods <br />(e.g., cabling for DSL service, wiring for total room access, etc.). The developer shall <br />submit with its building permit application those measures included in its home <br />construction for review and approval by the Planning Director. <br /> <br />Pleasanton-Worker Buyer Incentives. <br /> <br />When the developer is ready to sell its residential units, the developer shall <br />undertake a marketing campaign targeted at persons who work within the City of <br />Pleasanton.
