Any subdivision within the Project shall submit for City review and <br />approval subdivision maps as required in the City Municipal Code Section 19.04 et seq. <br />Tentative maps may be reviewed concurrently with a PUD Development Plan. <br /> <br />Construction-Related Permits. All construction within the Project shall follow City <br />requirements for construction-related permits prior to beginning construction. Such <br />permits include, but are not limited to, encroachment permits, grading permits, building <br />permits, fire permits, etc. <br /> <br />Requirements and Procedures in Effect.
