CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-058 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2000-01 THIRD QUARTER <br /> FINANCIAL REPORT AND UPDATE OF THE CITY'S <br /> GENERAL FINANCIAL POLICIES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, each quarter a report of financial condition is presented to Council which include <br /> any staff recommendations for budget amendments or actions needed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff presented to Council such a report (SR 01:129) for the third quarter of the <br /> fiscal year ending June 30, 2001; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff is recommending that certain projects currently in the CIP budget be removed <br /> (for presentations purposes only), in order to reflect them in the upcoming <br /> five-year CIP instead; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as a result of the third quarter financial review, staff made recommendations as <br /> outlined in that report. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Operating Budget amendments outlined in Appendix A are approved. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Capital Improvement Program Budget Amendments outlined in Appendix B <br /> are approved. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption <br /> in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation, published and <br /> circulated in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JUNE 5, 2001 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> <br />
