26. <br /> <br />27. <br /> <br />28. <br /> <br />29. <br /> <br />30. <br /> <br />31. <br /> <br />32. <br /> <br />The applicant shall maintain the area surrounding the project in a clean and <br />orderly rtmnner at all times. <br /> <br />At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be <br />used as living or sleeping quarters on the conslmction site. All such <br />vehicles shall be removed from the site at the end of each workday. <br /> <br />Final inspection by the Planning Depa,tment is required prior to occupancy. <br /> <br />If archeological materials are uncovered during grading, trenching, or other <br />on-site excavation, all work on site shall be stopped and the City <br />immediately notified. The county coroner and the Native American <br />Heritage Commission shall also be notified and procedures followed as <br />required in Appendix K of the California Environmental Quality Act. A <br />similar note shall appear on the improvement plan~. <br /> <br />The developer acknowledges that the City of Pleasanton does not guarantee <br />the availability of sufficient sewer capacity to serve this development by <br />the approval of this case, and that the developer agrees and acknowledges <br />that building permit approval may be withheld if sewer capacity is found by <br />the City not to be available. <br /> <br />This approval does not guarantee the availability of sufficient water to serve <br />the project. The City shall withhold building permits for the project if at <br />the time building permits are applied for; mandatory water rationing is in <br />effect, unless the City has adopted a water-offset program and unless the <br />developer is participating in the program. Notwithstanding the developer's <br />participation in such a program, the City may withhold building permits if <br />the City determines that sufficient water is not available at the time of <br />application of building permits. <br /> <br />Building <br /> <br />All building and/or structural plan.q must comply with all codes and <br />ordinances in effect before the Building Depashaent will issue permits. <br /> <br /> <br />
