f <br />f <br /> <br />f <br /> <br />f <br />f <br /> <br />a Preliminary Endangerment Assessment to establish the extent and character of <br />potential existing contamination within the Planning Area, including radionuclides, <br /> <br />site-specific soils, geologic, and/or geotechnical engineering studies, <br /> <br />a cultural resources survey of the entire Planning Area, and <br /> <br />acoustical studies for Phase I residential areas exposed to exterior noise levels <br />exceeding 65 dB Ldn. <br /> <br />Parcel-Specific Tentative/Final Maps and Building Plans <br /> <br />Following approval of a site-specific PUD development plan, tentative and f'mal maps will be <br />required for most projects. These include detailed engineering improvement plans, including <br />grading plans, final landscaping plans, and other final plans necessary to construct the project. <br />Building permit plans include final building architecture and structural requirements. At each <br />of these steps, City review will ensure the final project as constructed will achieve the <br />objectives of the Specific Plan. <br /> <br />7-3 <br /> <br /> <br />
