Resolution No. PC-2000~43 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />SecOon 1. <br /> <br />Denies Case PDR-26/PV-14, the application of Nextel Communications <br />for design review to allow a wireless communications facility (including <br />antennas and equipment) to be located on the roof of an existing building <br />located at 7399 Johnson Drive (the Dublin San Ramon Services District <br />property), and for a variance from the Pleasanton Municipal Code to allow <br />the wireless communications facility to be located closer to residential and <br />park areas than allowed per the Code. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />Staff shall work with the applicant to come up with an appropriate tree <br />pole design. <br /> <br />Section 3. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and <br />adoption unless appealed prior to that time. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON ON THE 9TH DAY OF AUGUST 2000 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Kameny, Maas, and Sullivan <br />Commissioners Arkinand Robe,s <br />None <br />None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Lariasa Seto <br />Assistant City Attorney <br /> <br />Chairperson <br /> <br /> <br />
