Resolution No. PC-2000-42 <br />Page 8 <br /> <br />25. All site improvements and construction activities shall be limited to the hours of 8:00 a.m. to <br /> 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. All construction equipment must meet DMV noise <br /> standards and shall be equipped with muffling devices. <br /> <br />26. At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or <br /> sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from the site at <br /> the end of each workday. <br /> <br />27. Final inspection by the Planning Depaxhnent is required prior to occupancy. <br /> <br />28. If arcbeologicai materials are uncovered during grading, trenching, or other on-site <br /> excavation, all work on site shall be stopped and the City immediately notified. The county <br /> coroner and the Native American Heritage Commission shall also be notified and procedures <br /> followed as required in Appendix K of the California Environmental Quality Act. A similar <br /> note shall appear on the improvement plan~, <br /> <br />29. Portable toilets used during construction shall be kept as far as possible from existing <br /> residences and shall be emptied on a regular basis as necessary to prevent odor. <br /> <br />30. This design review approval will lapse within one year from the date of approval unless a <br /> building permit is issued and construction has commenced and is diligently pursued toward <br /> completion or an extension has been approved by the City. <br /> <br />31. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the developer shall pay the required commercial <br /> development school impact fee as prescribed by state law and as adopted by the Pleasanton <br /> Unified School District. <br /> <br />32. The developer acknowledges that the City of Pleasanton does not guarantee the availability <br /> of sufficient sewer capacity to serve this development by the approval of this case, and that <br /> the developer agrees and acknowledges that building permit approval may be withheld if <br /> sewer capacity is found by the City not to be available. <br /> <br />33. This approval does not guarantee the availability of sufficient water to serve the project. The <br /> City shall withhold building permits for the project if at the time building permits are applied <br /> for, mandatory water rationing is in effect, unless the City has adopted a water-offset <br /> program and unless the developer is participating in the program. Notwithstanding the <br /> developer's participation in such a program, the City may withhold building permits iftbe <br /> City determines that sufficient water is not available at the time of application of building <br /> permits. <br /> <br /> <br />
