The sprinkler plan for the office building shall be submitted for review and approval by the <br /> Fire Depa~hnent and the Building. Final inspection of the sprinkler system is required by the <br /> Building and Fire Department prior to occupancy. <br /> <br />42. The applicant shall post address numerals on the building so as to be plainly visible from all <br /> adjoining streets or driveways during both daylight and night time hours. Tenant spaces shall <br /> be identified as determined by the City. <br /> <br />43. The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code (Chapter 20.24 of <br /> the Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br /> <br />44. The site shall be kept free of tire haTards from the start of construction to final inspection. <br /> <br />Police <br /> <br />45. If required by the Police Department, the building(s) shall be equipped with an alarm system, <br /> the type to be approved by the Police Department and that this system shall be installed prior <br /> to occupancy of the building. <br /> <br />46. The developer shall install street frontage improvements per Chapter 19.40.010 of the <br /> Pleasanton Municipal Code and to the satisfaction oftbe City Engineer. These <br /> improvements may include, but are not necessarily limited to, grading, curb and gutter, <br /> sidewalk, paving, storm drain, sanitary sewer, water facilities, street lighting, underground <br /> utilities, traffic control devices, landscaping, and automatic irrigation systems. <br /> <br />47. The applicant shall submit a fmal grading and drainage plan prepared by a licensed civil <br /> engineer depicting all final grades and on-site drainage control measures, including concrete- <br /> lined V-ditches, to protect all cut and fill slopes from surface water overflow. This plan shall <br /> be subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer and/or the Director of Building <br /> Inspection prior to the issuance of any building permits. <br /> <br />48. The applicant shall submit a refundable cash bond for hazard and erosion control prior to <br /> issuance of an Engineering or Building Department permit. The amount of this bond will be <br /> determined by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />49. The applicant shall construct vertical P.C.C. curbs and gutters within this development unless <br /> otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> <br />
