Resolution No. PC-2000-41 <br />Page 9 <br /> <br />35. <br /> <br />36. <br /> <br />37. <br /> <br />38. <br /> <br />Fire <br /> <br />39. <br /> <br />40. <br /> <br />41. <br /> <br />42. <br /> <br />43. <br /> <br />44. <br /> <br />A sanitary sewer-sampling manhole shall be provided on each of the sanitary sewer <br />lateral from each building, unless otherwise waived by the Director of Building <br />Inspection. <br /> <br />Prior to issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall pay the applicable Zone 7 and <br />City connection fees and water meter cost for any water meters, including irrigation <br />meters. Additionally, the developer shall pay any applicable DSRSD sewer permit fee. <br /> <br />The applicant shall submit two copies of the site soils report to the Director of Building <br />Inspection for third party peer review and shall pay for such review at the time specified <br />by the Director, but in ail cases before the issuance of a grading permit. <br /> <br />Building and sites plans are to be submitted to the Building Department on computer disk <br />in a format approved by the Director. Digitized information shall be submitted before <br />requesting a final inspection and should reflect as-built sims and architectural information <br />as approved by the Director. <br /> <br />The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code (Chapter 20.24 <br />of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br /> <br />The site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the start of construction to finai inspection. <br /> <br />The applicant shall ensure that fire protection facilities, including all surface roads, fire <br />hydrants, and a water supply capable of furnishing the required fire flow shall be installed <br />and serviceable prior to and during the time of construction. When alternate methods of <br />protection are as approved by the Fire Chief, this requirement may be waived or <br />modified. Proposed aiternative methods of fire protection shall be submitted, in writing, <br />to the Fire Chief. Work on the alternative fire protection methods shall not start without <br />the approval of the Fire Chief. <br /> <br />Fire extinguishers shall be provided in accordance with the recommendation of the Fire <br />Chief. <br /> <br />Maximum fire hydrant spacing in the parking area shall be a travel distance not to exceed <br />300 feet. <br /> <br />Each gated park entry point shall have a Knox Box, as approved by the Fire Chief. Each <br />Knox Box shall have the entry type and number of keys required by the Fire Chief. <br /> <br /> <br />
