Never clean machinery, tools, brushes, etc., or rinse containers into a street, gutter, or <br /> storm drain. <br /> <br />Ensure that concrete/gunite supply tracks or concrete/plasterers operations do not <br />discharge wash water into street gutters or drains. <br /> <br />Construction access routes shall be limited to those approved by the City Engineer or <br />Building Inspector and shall be shown on the approved grading plan. Only one point of <br />construction access onto the site shall be permitted; the access-way shall have a gravel or <br />rock surface. <br /> <br />All trees shall be installed as early as possible in order to screen the house while under <br />construction and to provide the opportunity for the trees to grow on-site.
