PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2000-32 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF ANTRIM <br />ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />PUD-81-16-18D <br /> <br />Antrim Engineering and Conslruction, Inc. has applied for Planned Unit <br />Development design review approval of an approximately 18,600-square- <br />foot, two-story office building on a 1.13-acre site located at 4900 Franklin <br />Drive (within the Center Park Business Park); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - FC-O <br /> Industrial/Commercial-Office) District; and <br /> <br />at its duly noticed public heating of June 14, 2000, the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed project is covered by the existing Initial Study and Negative <br /> Declaration approved by the City Council for PUD-80-16; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission determined that the proposed project fulfills the <br />requirements of the PUD Development Plan for the property, <br />complements the character of the surrounding area, and will be an <br />attractive addition to the overall Stoneridge Drive streetscape. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves Case PUD-81-16-18D, the application of Antrim Engineering <br />and Construction, Inc. for Planned Unit Development design review <br />approval of an approximately 18,600-square-foot, two-story office <br />building on a 1.13-acre site located at 4900 Franklin Drive (within the <br />Center Park Business Park), subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit <br />"B," attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days ~er its passage and <br />adoption unless appealed prior to that time. <br /> <br /> <br />
