Resolution No. PC-2000-27 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />If the second unit is assigned a new address, the resident owner shall install <br />address signs that are clearly visible from the street during both daytime <br />and evening hours and which plainly indicate that two separate units exist <br />on the parcel. The resident owner shall obtain the new street address from <br />the Planning Department. <br /> <br />Additional conditions may be placed upon the resident owner of the second <br />unit as reasonably necessary to protect the public health, safety, or welfare, <br />or to prevent material injuries to properties or improvements in the vicinity. <br /> <br />The applicant shall pay any outstanding Zone 7 and City connection fees <br />and water meter cost for any additional water meters. In addition, the <br />applicant shall pay any applicable Livermore sewer permit fees. <br /> <br />The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code <br />(Chapter 20.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br /> <br />{end} <br /> <br /> <br />
