PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2000-26 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF ROBERT COX AND <br />JEFFREY TORRES FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />PSDR-1 <br /> <br />Robert Cox and Jeffrey Torres have applied for design review approval to install <br />signs for the Olde Towne Antiques store located in a multi-tenant building located <br />at 3440 Stanley Boulevard, Sites J&K; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is C-S (Service Commercial) District; and <br /> <br />at its duly noticed public hearing of April 26, 2000, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations oftbe <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br /> <br />projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); therefore, no environmental <br />document was prepared for this project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Plarming Commission determined that the installation of three painted wood <br /> signs on the front elevation of the building is appropriate signage. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />S~ction 1. <br /> <br />Approves the application of Robert Cox and Jeffrey Torres for design review <br />approval to install signs for the Olde Towne Antiques store located in a <br />muiti-tenant building located at 3440 Stanley Boulevard, Sites J&K, subject to the <br />conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br /> <br /> <br />
