Resolution No. PC-2000-24 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT B <br /> <br /> PCUP-07 <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> <br />The location and operation of the proposed use shall conform substantially <br />to the site plan, floor plan, and written narrative, Exhibit "A," dated <br />"Received March 21, 2000", on file with the Planning Department, except as <br />modified by these conditions. <br /> <br />The applicant shall obtain all building and other applicable City permits for <br />future tenant improvements. <br /> <br />If additional activities beyond those proposed in the written narrative, dated <br />"Received March 21, 2000", on file with the Planning Department, are <br />desired, prior City review and approval are required. Requests for <br />modification of the use permit shall be submitted to the Planning Director, <br />who may approve the modification or refer the matter to the Planning <br />Commission if judged to be substantial. <br /> <br />If the operation of this use results in conflicts pertaining to parking, noise, <br />traffic, or other impacts, at the discretion of the Planning Director, this <br />conditional use permit may be referred to the Planning Commission for <br />subsequent review at a public hearing. If necessary, the Commission may <br />modify or add conditions of approval to mitigate such impacts, or may <br />revoke said conditional use permit. <br /> <br />The operation of the land surveying business shall meet all requirements of <br />the Pleasanton Fire Code (Chapter 20.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br />A Hazardous Materials Business Plan and a Storage Plan shall be approved <br />by the Fire Department prior to commencement of warehouse use. <br /> <br />No signage is approved as part of this application. Any signage shall be <br />submitted to the Planning Department for approval. <br /> <br />This use permit is not transferable to another address. A new application <br />must be made if the applicant wishes to relocate to another site in the City. <br /> <br />{end} <br /> <br /> <br />
