Minor <br />changes to the plans may be allowed subject to the approval of the Zoning Administrator if <br />found to be in substantial conformance with the approved plans and color board. <br /> <br />The design and materials of all new pomh and deck railings and columns shall match those of <br />the existing front porch on the residence. This condition shall be clearly stated on the plans <br />submitted for Building Department plan check. <br /> <br />3. The design and materials of all new window trim shall match those of the windows on the <br /> existing front elevation oftbe house between the eastern edge of the front porch and the <br /> western edge of the eastern tower. This condition shall be clearly stated on the plans submitted <br /> for the issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />4. The attic shall be unconditioned space used for storage only. <br /> <br />5. All site improvement and house construction activities shall be limited to the hours of 8:00 <br /> a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, unless the neighbors request that construction hours <br /> be allowed on Saturdays. No construction shall be allowed on Federal Holidays. All <br /> construction equipment must meet DMV noise standards and shall be equipped with muffling <br /> devices. <br /> <br />6. All appropriate City permits shall be obtained prior to the construction of the addition. <br /> <br />7.
