18.78.e4_~0 Procedure. <br /> The requirements of this district shall be implemented by Ceity reviewing boards, <br />commissions and officials, in conjunction with their review of projects otherwise required <br />by this code. Review of projects shall include, but not be limited by, PUD development <br />plans, design review, tentative subdivisions and building permits. The reviewing boards, <br />commissions and officials may approve projects which do not comply with strict <br />technical standards of this chapter upon making a finding that the design of thc project as <br />a whole is consistent with the highly aesthetic, rural character of the Foothill Road <br />corridor. <br /> <br />18.78.05._~0 Adoption of guidelines. <br /> The _C.~ity Coouneil, following recommendations by the/~lanning Ccommission, <br />may adopt by resolution design guidelines for the district. Such guidelines may be <br />amended from time to time following the same procedure. City staff, boards and <br />commissions shall adhere to the adopted guidelines in reviewing all applications for <br />permits. <br /> <br />18.78.0~6~70 Subdivision Design. r,~M.,.o:~_, gA. ~+..~:-:-:-- t~-^~.t.:l! <br /> The following standards shall be followed~ when feasible, in an~ development <br />within the district in order to achieve the purposes of this district. ~ <br /> <br /> Lot Size .............
