RESOLUTION NO. 66-135 RESOLUTION ORDERLNG CHANGES IN THE WORK TO BE DONE IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 64-2, VINTAGE HILLS, CITY OF PLEASANTON, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA. BE IT P.I~SOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, Alas~da County, California, as follmes: That pursuant to Section 10352 of the Streets and HiShweys Code of the State of California this City Council hereby orders chanses in the work to be done in Assessment District No. 64-2, VintaSe Hills, by the addition of the followin$ described work: a. The installation of curbs, gutters and eight-and-one- half feet of paving On the northerly side of Kottinger Drive from the westerly boundary of Tract 2~81 to Pico b. Landscaping and development 'for park purposes of Lots 1 to.5, inclusive, of Tract 2629. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that MACKAY & SOMPS, Engineer of Work for said Assessment District, shall prepare plans and specifications for said improvement of Kottinger Drive and shall be compensated there- for in the amount of $4,556.00 in addition co other co~pensation pro- vided in the Asreement heretofore made beCweon the City of Pleasanton and said Engineer of Work in connection with Assessment District No. 64-2. IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED that RALPH W. JONES, Landscape Architect, 166 Santa Clara Avenue, Oakland, California, is hereby retained to provide a general plan and detailed desisn for the land- scaping and development of said park facilities in accordance with part A of the proposal of RALPH W. JONES, dated July 21, 1966, addressed to the Director of Recreation of the City of Pleasanton. For said services said Landscape Architect shall be c~ensated the sum of $7,750.00. The compensation of the. Enslneer of Work and Landscape Architect, hereinabove set forth, shall be payable upon the completion of their respective services and shall be payable solely out of the T,?rove- ment Fund for Assessment District No. 6~-2. -1- OP, IGIN L
