The City Council does hereby authorize filing of an <br />application with the Local Asency Formation Commission of Alameda <br />Ceunty to annex uninhabited territory to the City of Pleasanton <br />lying southerly of Interstate Route 580, further described below. <br /> <br /> 2. City officers are hereby instructed to prepare and file <br />said application, with public hearing to be held Jointly with the <br />hearing on the application of Dublin-San Ramon Village residents <br />for annexation of inhabited territory, pursuant to Resolution <br /> <br />66-144. <br /> <br /> 3. Said territory is uninhabited territory within Plea~anton <br />Toweshtp, Alameda County, California, furhter described as follows: <br /> <br /> Territory bounded by Interstate Route 580 <br /> on the north, City of Pleasanton Annexation <br /> No. 32 (Rose Ranch) on the east, City <br /> boundaries of AnnexatiOn Nos. 41, 42 and 45 <br /> on the south, and Annexation No. 24 on the <br /> west, being lands owned by Volk-McClatn <br /> Coemunities, Inc., Willow West, Sou~ern <br /> Pacific Railroad, Walter Nilson, and others. <br /> <br />D&T~D: October 10, 1966. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />
