The Pleasanton General Plan, adopted March 1, 1965, <br /> <br />by Resolution No. 65-34, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Commercial area shown. ~n red asiNeighborhood <br /> Shoppxng Center, ~erly of intersection of <br /> Black Avenue and Hopyard Road, is hereby <br /> changed to Residential, Medium Density. <br /> <br /> Community facilities, institutional use, <br /> shown in blue on said General Plan, at the <br /> southeastern corner of Valley Avenue and <br /> Hopyard Road, is hereby changed to Commercial, <br /> Neighborhood Shopping Center, and shown in red. <br /> <br /> 2. Said amendments to the map are made pursuant to ap~ <br /> <br />of D & V Builders, Inc., and after hearings by Planning Commission <br />and City Council. <br /> <br />3.
