CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />I~SOLLITION NO, 66-159 <br /> <br />APPROVING SUBDIVIDER'S PA~I[I,AND DEDICATIONS <br />UNDER AGENT FOR A~NEXATiON NO. 27, AND <br />GRANTING TIME EXTENSION FOR TENTATIVE MAP, <br />TRACT NO. 2802 (VINTAGE HILLS) <br /> <br />RESOLVED: <br /> 1. <br /> <br />The City Council does hereby find facts as follows: <br />a. By Annexation Agreement with LAND DEVELOPMENT AND <br /> <br />INVESTMENT CO., dated May 6, 1963, certain dedications and contri- <br />butions for parks were made to the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> b. By Ordinance No. 439, Parkland Dedication Ordinance, <br />adopted February 14, 1966, a standard for the subdiv±der's <br />responsibility for neighborhood parks was established with certain <br />conflicts with the above Annexation Agreement. <br /> <br /> c. The contributions by LAND DEVELOPMENT ~ND INVEST~NT <br />CO. and dedications already accepted substantially meet the park <br />and recreation needs of the Vintage Hills area. <br /> <br /> d. The performance of all park conditions in the Annexa- <br />tion Agreement without requiring further park dedications to the <br />City is fair and equitable to both developer and City. <br /> <br /> 2. Pursuant to Subdivision Ordinance No. 358, the City <br />does hereby extend time to file a Final Map for Tract No. 2802 to <br />and including October 13, 1967, subject to conditions as follows: <br /> <br /> a. Subdivider shall install complete underground <br />utilities within the tract upon development. <br /> <br /> b.
