CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />AUTHORIZING FILING OF STATEMENT FOR <br />SPECIAL TAX ZONE WITH THE ASSESSOR, <br />FO~ A PORTION OF ANNEXATION NO. 24, <br />HIGHLAND OAKS AND STONE'ATE TRACTS <br /> <br />RESOLVED: <br /> <br /> 1. Pursuant to 154~900 of the ~overmaent Code, the City <br />officers are authorized and instructed to file statement of change <br />in boundaries, creating a special tax zone within the City, <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> Highland Oaks area covered in annexation a~reement <br /> dated March 29, 1965, with Schulte/Bl~ckwell. <br /> <br /> Stonegate and Stoneson area, tweeted in annexation <br /> agreement with Stoneson Development Corporation, <br /> dated October 4, 1965. <br /> <br /> 2. The special tax zone shall delete from assessment against <br />the above-described property charges described as follows: <br /> <br /> 1948 Sewer Bond Issue. <br /> <br /> 3. The above special tax zone is necessary to comply with <br />annexation agreements described above, as modified by sewage <br />service agreements for said area with Valley Co-,nunity Services <br />D~strict, in that said bonded indebtedness was not assumed as part <br />of the annexation procedure. <br /> <br /> DATED: December 5, 1966. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />WAKKEN R.
