CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />I~E:SOLUTION NO. 67-1 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECIAKING ANNEXATION PROCEEDINGS <br />INITIATED BY CITY COUNCIL~ AND GIVING NOTICE <br />OF PROPOSED ANNE'X~iON DESIGNATED ANNEXATION NO. <br /> "P=~NSEN-GI~ER HOME P~/~CH ANNEX" <br /> <br />41, <br /> <br /> The City Council of <br />~ESOLVEAS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. These proceedings are <br />City of Pleasanton to annex to <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton does hereby <br /> <br />initiated by the Council of the <br />the City of Pleasanton all that <br /> <br />uninhabited territory described below. The Council acts on its <br />own motion, pursuant to the "Annexation of Uninhabited Territory <br />Act of 1939", (Sections 35300 et seq. of the Government Code) as <br />amended. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Council does hereby desire to annex said unin- <br />habited territory for the following reasons: <br /> <br /> Said territory is contiguous to the City, <br /> a part of the General Plan, and one of a <br /> series of annexations necessary in expanding <br /> the City boundaries. The area can be served <br /> by City sewer and water, and is the next <br /> logical step in the City's growth. <br /> <br /> 3. Said uninhabited territory is situated in the Township <br />of Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California, and is <br />further designated and described as follows: <br /> <br />SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF. <br />4. The Local Agency FOrmation Co-~ission of Alameda County, <br />California, approved the above described and proposed boundaries <br />of said territory by Resolution No. 66-2, dated January 14, 1966. <br /> <br /> 5. The time and place is hereby fixed when and where any <br />person owning real property within the uninhabited territory <br />described above and proposed to be annexed to the City of <br />Pleasanton, and having any objections thereto, may appear before <br />the Council and show cause why such annexation should not take <br />place, to wit: <br /> <br /> 1 - <br /> <br /> <br />
