The City C0~¢il of the City of Pleasanton does hereby <br />a4opt as its policy?~mA~h re~d to building construction to <br />facilitate the use of buildings by handicapped persons, as follows <br /> <br /> a. Reas~le provisions shall be made in all new <br /> City buildings and in remodeling programs of existing <br /> buildings to facilitate' the use of such buildings by <br /> handicapped persons. <br /> <br /> b. The C~tM shall encourage the owners of semi- <br /> private buildings to make reasonable provisions for <br /> handicapped persons. <br /> <br /> c. The City expresses its interest in the work of <br /> <br /> the Architectural Barriers Committee of the Easter Seal <br /> Society of Alameda County and offers its cooperation. <br /> <br /> 2.
