CilY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> 67-25 <br />RE:~OLUTION NO, <br /> <br />DESIGNATING A BOARD OF APPEALS <br />PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 477 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on February 20, 1967, Ordinance No. 477 of the <br /> City of Pleasanton,~ adopting the 1965 Edition of the National <br /> ~lectrical Code and the 1966 Edition of the Mo~el Electrical <br />'~de, will be passed and adopted by the City Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said OrdinanCe provides for the establishment of <br />a Board of Appeals to act on matters pertaining thereto; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said Ordinance further provides that the City <br />Council may by resolution designate any Board of Appeals created <br />by any other ordinance to be and act as the Board of Appeals <br />established by said Ordinance No. 477; <br /> <br /> NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Appeals <br />created 6y Ordinance No. 394, the Unsafe Building Ordinance, <br />is hereby designated as the Board of Appeals established by said <br />Ordinance No. 477, and its appointed members and their successors <br />shall act as the Board of Appeals pursuant to said Ordinance <br />No. 477; and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said designation shall become <br />effective when said Ordinance No. 477 becomes effective, and <br />shall remain in full force and effect until a superseding Board <br />of Appeals is designated. <br /> <br />DATED: February 14, 1967. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />EN R.
