CiTY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RE:SOlUTION NO, 67-33 RESOLUTION FINDING AND DECLARING A PUBLIC NEED AND NECESSITY FOR ACQUIRING ~ I~OVING A PORTION OF THE PROPOSED BERNAL AVE~ REALIG~NT, WESTERLY OF ~IN STREET, IN THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, FOR PUBLIC STREET PURPOSES, BY TM~ CITY OF PLEASANTON, A~D AUTHORIZING INSTITUTION OF EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS FOR ACQUIRING AND POSSESSING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY THEREFOR BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton that it hereby finds and determines and hereby declares as follows 1. The public interest, convenience, need and necessity require the acquisition, construction and completion by the City of Pleasanton of certain public improvements for public street purposes, t~wit: The acquisition, extension and improvement, including all structures and work and improvements reasonably medessary and appurtenant thereto, of proposed Bermal Avenue realignment, westerly of Main Street, Pleasanton, California. 2. The public interest, convenience, nee~ and necessity require the acquisition by the City of Pleasanton, for amd in connection with said public improvements, of the real property, or inte~ests in real property, hereafter described. 3. The public interest, convenience, need and necessity require that a fee simple estate, unless a lesser estate is hereinafter expressly described, be taken by the City of Pleasanton in and to said real property, or interests in real property. 4. The public interest, convenience, need, and necessity require that the City acquire for said public improvements all of the existing structures located partly within and partly without the baumdaries of those parcels of real property described hereafter, being all of said parcels, together with the right
