The City officers are hereby auth~rized to execute agree- <br />m~nts described as follows: <br /> <br />Agreement dated January 25, 1967, between the City <br />and Neill Smith & Associates, Architect, for master <br />plan for proposed new civic center. <br /> <br />Standard form American Institute of Architects <br />agreement, dated January 25, 1967, between the City <br />and Neill Smith & Associates, for professional <br />services concerning City Hall, Council Chambers <br />and other buildings proposed near Bernal Avenue <br />and Main Street. <br /> <br />Agreement dated February 27, 1967, between the City <br />and Royston, Hanamoto, Mayes & Beck, Licensed <br />Landsca?e Architects, for professional services <br />concerning park sites. <br /> <br /> 2. The above named architect and landscape architect have <br />represented that the "Pleasanton Municipal Improvement Program", <br />dated February 21, 1967, including a time schedule for said work <br /> <br />program, will be met, and the City enters this agreement in relian¢ <br />on those representations. <br /> <br /> 3.
