EXHIBIT "A" DESCRIPTION OF TERRITORY TO BE ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF PT.RA.~ANTON ANNEXATION NO. 52 All that certain real property situated in the Township of Pleasantom, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: BEGINNIN~ at .the point of intersection of the general westerly line of Plot '~", as said plot is delineated and 8o designated upon that certain map entitled, "MAP OF THE FROPERTY OF T~E ESTATE OF ELIZABETH A. DOUGHERTY" etc., · copy of which was filed May ll, 1891, in Map Book 8 at page 75, Records of Alameda County, ~alifornia, with the boundary line dividing Alameda County from Contra Costa County, as said boundary line was established by a Joint retracement survey and monumentation of a portion of the boundary line betwee~ Alameda and Contra Costa Counties 1960, approved by the Board of Supervisors of Alameda County under Resolution No. 99517, adopted February 27~ 1962, and filed in Reel 1 of Minutes, Image 966~ and running thence in a 'general northeasterly direction along said boundary line to an i~tersection thereof with the westerly right-of-way line of County Road No. 4038, commonly known as Dougherty Road, 50 feet in width, as said westerly right-of-way line was located, described and established by that certain Amended Judgment entitled, "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff~ vs. 3396 acres of land, Alameda and Contra Costa Counties," et al, Defendants, IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE UNITED STATRS IN AND FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF C~LIFORNIA SOUT}~RN DIVISION, Civil No. 22352-R, a certified copy of which was recorded June 8, 1945, in Book 4721 of Official Records at page 14 (SS 36105), Records of Alameda County, California; thence in a general southerly d~rection along said westerly right-of- way line and along that portion of the westerly right-of-way line of said County Road No. 4038 which was unaffected by said Amended Judgment to an intersection thereof with the northeasterly right-of-way line of the Southern Pacific Company, 1-20-67
