CITY Of PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 67-46 A RESOLUTION CONCERNING ANNEXATION N0. 52, "DUBLIN ANNEX"i AMENDING RESOLUTIOM N0. 67-42, DECLARING THE CITY COUNCIL S INTENT TO CALL A SPECIAL ANNEXATION ELECTION AND FIXING A TIME AND PLACE FOR PROTESTS BY PROPERTY OWNERS THE CITY COUNCIL DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: 1. Resolution No. b7-42, adopted March 6, 1967, is hereby amended to change the protest hearing date for property owners, and it is set forth in full in the paragraphs below. By changing the date of said protest hearing, the Council intends to make an election possible in early June, 1967. 2. It is the intent of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton to call a special election to be held on a date to be fixed in the future pursuant to Section 35122 of the Government Code of the State of California, in certain inhabited territory contiguous to the City and proposed to be annexed thereto, and within the City, pursuant to Section 35122 of the Government Code. 3. The purpose of said election shall be to submit to the qualified electors residing in the territor~r, Sn~i within the City in a separate election held at the same; tuns, .#!fitt~`.:es'ilon -wixether or not said territory shall be annexed to the City of Pleasanton. 4. Said property is designated as "ANNEXATION N0. 52, DUBLIN ANNE]C", being all that real property in the Township of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California, further described as follows: See EXHIBIT "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. 5. Notice is hereby given that any person owning real property within said territory so proposed to be annexed and havi any objection to the proposed annexation may appear before said City Council and show cause why such territory should not be annexed. The place, date, and time of said protest hearing is as follows: Place: CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, WOMEN'S CLUB HUILDING, VINEYARD AND REGALIA AVENUES, PLE.9SANTON, CALIFORNIA; Time: 8:00 P.M., MONDAY; Date: APRIL 3, 1967 6.
