UTIC]H NC], <br /> <br />AMENDING AGI{EEMENT FOR ANNEXATION NO. 35 <br /> AND WAIVING SEWER CONNECTION FEES <br /> <br />RESOLVED: <br /> <br /> 1. Annexation Agreement between the City and Kaiser Aluminum <br />and Chemical Corporation, dated January 4, 1965, is hereby <br />amended to delete requirement for sewer connection fees. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Council does hereby waive sewer connection <br />charges required pursuant to Ordinance No. 467, adopted after <br />said annexation was completed. <br /> <br /> 3. The above-described sewer connection charges fixed by <br />Agreement and Ordinance are waived on grounds as follows: <br /> <br /> a. Kaiser has constructed and paid for mutual <br /> benefit district charges on sewer line in <br /> Sunol Boulevard, which now appears inadequate, <br /> and will serve other areas of the City. <br /> <br /> b. Kaiser is presently constructing a larger sewage <br /> .main on the westerly boundary of.its property, <br /> and a:pre-treatment unit which will benefit the <br /> City in controlling the Sewage Treatment Plant. <br /> <br />9ATED: March 13, 1967. <br /> <br />WARREN R.
