The City officers are hereby authorized to execute <br />amendment to 3oint Exercise of Powers Agreement, dated July 1, <br />1961, between the City of Pleasanton and the Pleasanton Township <br />County Water District, as follows: <br /> <br /> Amend and add Paragraph 7(c)(1), concerning <br /> expanding and extending water system in areas <br /> presently outside the City limits. <br /> <br /> 2.
